We ordered subs with the online app and asked for additional items specifically in the box provided. The subs did not have what we asked for and were sloppily put together. We complained to the store and were told that they would remake them but we would have to come puck them up. What good is the app? Worthless! This happened in Clarksville, TN

I have tried to install your app 6 times and your system won't let me install it. I have been a loyal customer for years. Look at my shore points rewards record (720 979 9669 or (303 722 3795). Jersey Mike's is the WORST! They offer delivery Saturday on game day. Ordered subs for delivery, took my $ from my credit card, but did NOT deliver the subs! THIEVES, CHEATERS, STEALERS!

Jersey Mike's just moved into our area and I disappointed in my sandwich. I ordered a portabella mushroom sandwich. The sandwich was overstuffed with cooked onion and peppers which overwhelmed any mushroom that there. I poked through the onion/pepper mix and found only tiny bits of mushrooms - which amounted to no more than a half teaspoonful. And the mushrooms tasted like Del Monte mushrooms out of a can, not a freshly cooked Portabella. I feel that I was cheated and won't go back.

We Received our delivery from the Clinton NJ location. Everything that we ordered was not on the subs and next to no meat. I called the location and spoke with Isaiah. He was very rude , I asked if he could talk to me with respect he then hung up on me. I’ve been getting Jersey Mike’s for 20 years. This will be my last time.

After a light breakfast, and a few hrs of driving, I took a pit stop to pick up a hot meal. My uncle and aunt like Jersey Mike’s, they bought me a sandwich when I visited pre-Covid, 2-3 yrs ago, and it was fine enough. So I hopped in, ordered a giant chipotle chicken sandwich, and figured I was good for the day. I was starved and inhaled half of the giant sandwich. Jesus heaven and earth. This sandwich you could drink with a straw. If you’re not sure the difference between “figurative” and “literal,” you figuratively “inhale” food, or you can take out an actual straw and literally drink something. The sandwich had enough sugar that I didn’t notice how disgusting it was. Visually, the brown chipotle mayo blended with the cheese and high quality shaved chicken chips to make a goopy, brown uniform color. While eating, I found a pepper - the only other color I found - and there was just enough to stuff a Spanish olive, except it was mushier. I found a piece of onion. It seemed fine, but I didn’t clean off the brown goop to really confirm. Within an hour, my stomach felt awful, not violently ill, but like I ate a couple McD’s burgers. I drank half a gallon of water to settle my stomach. I feel pretty nauseous, and for $16, I could’ve bought any number of things. Mistakes were made. I should’ve listened to that half dissolved pepper. The only thing that impressed me was the $16 it cost. Exactly $16.00, that includes tax. I would be able to pay cash with exact change if I were ever to go back and buy another. Two days ago I bought a Subway sub. $14 and change. This sandwich both cost more than Subway and made it feel like a reasonable buy. My god.

this is the worst fast food joint i ever been too, it is my second time the 1st i chalked up too it was brand new and was just getting on there feet, My second time was tonight worst ever i ordered a steak cheese extra cheese i also order 4 other subs two ok two not so, i called the shot the person who answered phone barley spoke very broken English and started to yell at me. are you kidding me at that point i just hung up and chalked it off to another establishment not to visit, the staff so rude mistreating there customers i would aske everyone in Stoughton get your subs else where, so not worth the price or the servise\food
