Heard customer being racist to a staff member and the other staff was okay with it and literally had a go at the girl ??? Whattt this place is disgusting! Also the hygiene standards are outrageous!

This place needs to be shut down whole company’s racist the manager don’t give af about his employees feelings and problems they are having with some of the rude customers then blames the ones serving these ignorant nasty racist customers a liar/bad person absolute filthy behaviour from that man

This place used to have good sandwiches, NO MORE! I ordered a sandwich for pick-up last evening, It was their so called "NEW" Cheese Steak. It was New al right, NO Meat! Loaded up with peppers, onions and some mushrooms. May as well be a vegan. Prices are too steep lately. With the bunch of "whizz" kids working there not worth going there any more. 3 strikes you're out!

I used to get a sub from here every week, but recently that cut back on the amount of meat on the sandwich, and now this week they've changed something the flavor is off there's something wrong a cheaper cut of meat or something, goodbye Jersey Mike's Subs, PS all your employees are wearing masks chin straps

When Jersey Mike's first opened by Kroger at Carolina Forest it was really good. Just ordered for the 1st time in about 6 months...really disappointed. Bread wasn't fresh. Quality of the taste not the same. I wont order from this location again

Always FILTHY!!! Employees are ALWAYS rude. JERSEY MIKE's!!!... If you want happy customers, you need to have happy Employee's. $45 for 3 sandwiches!!! They are just ok but SOO NOT worth 45 bucks!... Especially for CRAP service. And your Mission Hills branch is ALWAYS FILTHY. Send the Rat patrol. It'll be a good day if this corp folds. Two is too many times to eat at this dump. Let a good place take your spot. Good riddance!
