DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTED!!! yah, I’m from New Zealand and somehow teleported to your stupid as restaurant and saw some wack as costumer who must’ve been the leader of stupidity that waved around her magical mystery wand and managed to hokers pokers the dumber manager into believing her foul as mouth. So disappointing! I thought teleporting would’ve went fun :(

Absolutely terrible service, the managers treat their employees horribly and they don’t deserve to make money off of people’s suffering

This business should go under review or license should be terminated and force to close that so called business. Managers always should support their staff especially when they hear racist slurs yet they support the customer with quote “Customer is always right” and fired the employee after. Hope there is petition to terminate their license as clearly this is not how business should run in 2022.

Aloha, Customers are in fact, not always right. As an employer and one with even a modicum of comprehension for human decency, I’d imagine you could understand what the term “racial discrimination” means. Unfortunately however, you clearly lack an understanding in that, let alone how to best protect and fight for your employees, especially when racial discrimination is something they have experienced due to a belligerent, ignorant and racist customer. Due to your inability to manage; protect your employee, might even be multiple employees honestly, I call for your termination for the poor performance, or lack thereof, when the situation called upon you to act accordingly. As it stands, if I could rate your chain restaurants across America with a zero stars, I would, but unfortunately I have to provide the gracious review with a required one star. Admittedly, that’s a very gracious requirement that myself and others who have come to the call, have to abide by. I would highly suggest that corporate take a look internally, and reevaluate each manager as necessary; review and ensure that they are capable of performing their duties within their position as a manager. Ensure each individual granted the title are able to ascertain information as necessary, and in a situation such as racial discrimination, handle the customer with humility and be steadfast in removing said discriminatory customer and their behavior from the premises. Remove the employee from the situation in the moment, and ensure the customer is to not return.

The food is horrible and service is rude and slow!!! I ALSO Found a WHOLE FLY and FINGERNAIL in my sandwich and saw a bunch of flys just crawling all over the food out back! Disgusting. And the manager was so rude about it and threatened me if I said anything he’s also super racist!!! DONT EVER GO HERE

Im sorry but the service i got from this place was hourendess there was a long blonde hair in my food wich is fine i understand but when i called the manager over to tell him and politley ask him to make me a new sandwich he said he woldnt because it was "my hair" mind you my hair is brown also did i mention i have a buzz cut also the place was dirty there was fruit flys coming from the kitchen it was just not a very steril place to eat woldnt recomend wpuld rather eat out of a dumpster

Bad racist manager! Need him to get fired! A person walked into the restaurant and was being racist and harassing a worker, the manager was just standing at the back and didn’t step in! Called the worker racial slurs and fired her after!!!

The manager with the beard threatened me to eat the pickles in my sandwich, WHEN I DID NOT WANT THEM NOR EVEN ORDERED THEM. Terrible customer service, not only did they try to make me eat pickles, which I’m SEVERELY allergic to, but they dragged me by MY HAIR and my WHOLE ASS WIG FELL OFF, I was publicly humiliated. When I ran towards my car and was about to leave, HE STOOD UP IN MY CAR AND STARTED TWERKING AND DANCING AND DANCING AND TWERKING. A truly traumatic experience for me and my wig, never coming to this place again.
