Jersey Mike's SubsReviews of jerseymikes.com

I've never had Jersey Mike's til a week ago... And when I walked in, I was super impressed by their tidiness,& the fact they had gloves on! HOWEVER, When I got home I realized They gave me the wrong sandwich. I WAS SUPER PISSED. Because I was hungry,& had to give it away to my friend. He did tell me later on the sandwich was pretty good. So I gave it another try. I DON'T KNOW WHO WORKED SUNDAY ON 08-14-22 AROUND 7:30 PM.. BUT IT WAS HORRIBLE. $30 w/ tax & tip) for 2 reg. Subs.. ONE WAS ALL THICK BREAD! BARLEY ANY MEAT AT ALL! AND THEE OTHER WAS SOO SOGGY IT TURNED BACK TO DOUGH!! I LITERALLY CRIED.

After getting our sandwich made for us, per specification, a club sub, around 6:15PM on Sunday on 8/7/2022, cut in half with jalapenos one side and other side banana pepper rings, perfect per order, and then just before checkout the guy buying the order in front of us, took our sandwich. After all that time, maybe all trainees, the girl did a good job, and the guy gave it to someone else for free. We just walked out, not worth our time. I guess it is not such a good neighborhood there. No more Jersey Mike's for us. Bad luck for us! Also, bad attitude!

I went to Jersey Mike’s today and North Port on Tamiami Trail tried to get two subs and tried to pay with a $50 bill and they said they don’t take 50s So I went down to Northport subs off of Tamiami Trail and got two subs for only $23 I would highly recommend them over jersey mikes any day

I really like their sandwiches, but they don't claim their app. So don't order from their app. It has their name on it. It's a third party app, so anyone can do whatever with the app. So when someone comes into their store the delivery items are on the counter they don't check who picks up what so your orders get stolen.

Very little tuna on sub. The sub did not have the toppings that I chose. Very disappointed.

The Memphis locations are garbage. The food is normally pretty good, IF you actually get it. As it stands with various delivery apps half the time your order is canceled after waiting nearly half an hour or they just don’t receive the food to deliver. Not to mention it takes them well over 20 minutes to make a sandwich. I’ve worked in food, at no restaurant I’ve ever been in, is 20 minutes acceptable short of there being a line out the door. The only reason I bother trying to eat here still is the fact it’s the only place I can order a particular sandwich I enjoy for delivery or convert a sandwich to a wrap.

I have been to a few Jersey Mike's, Latham, East Greenbush and Wolf Rd. While the food is great the people working at Wolf Rd. in Albany are just miserable. Very nasty to customers, you can't even make a minor request without nasty faces and today nasty remarks between the two workers. East Greenbush is wonderful, Latham is good but stay away from Wolf Rd, they are just rude and nasty.

I paid $24.00 for a salad sandwich. Very disappointing. I ordered ham and cheese.
