I ordered philly steak & cheese - finished product showed no cheese, barely mushrooms and onions and very greasy. Bowie, MD location. You are officially black listed!!!!!

Despite good subs in the past, today's experience was poor. Ordered two subs, # 8 and #13. The #8 sub was acceptable but the # 13 did not even cover the bread and did not include extra olive oil and red wine vinegar. Lacking in overall acceptance given prior experience. Not what was expected. Will stop ordering .

First time I order from them and not a good experience . They mess my order and when I call them they so unprofessional and nasty . I was charged for a delivery that never happened so now I have to contact my bank to denied this charge . Never again they are hostile and not honest

DO NOT EAT HERE, specifically the orange plaza location in Middletown. the tomatoes, onions and peppers are below my standards. the cold meat is pressed and the beef is a ground up meat. the chicken is also a ground up meat. the bread, although baked on premises is processed white and the wheat bread is not grainy, its processed too. the portions are small, and the shredded lettuce take up the bulk of the sandwich. the bread makes it look big, but it is small. all sandwiches are dressed "mikes way" with oil and vinegar and salt. this combination is fermenting the ingredients and not in a good way. the sandwiches are way too expensive for what one gets. the soda and chip are too expensive for my taste there are many other options that are healthier, tastier and less money, and have a gret place to sit down. try Panera bread next door, or Shop rite deli will make a sandwich to order for you, much healtheir and less money. i hope I was helpful

By the time we got home to eat the tuna sub, about 15 minutes, water had soaked thru the bottom part of the roll and was actually collecting on the paper it was wrapped in! Called them - no help. Won’t be returning.
