Price is way up for a roll with meat so thin you can see through it hardly any tomato and onion don't know what happened to this place but they all are going down hill subway is cheaper and make a pretty decent sandwich now that they corrected their ways but don't waste your money at Jersey mikes

You will get what you don’t want on your sandwich if you have lettuce. They just scoop up what falls off after cutting and toss it in the lettuce box. Then they put that vinegar, pepper, salt, oregano, etc… laden lettuce on your sandwich. You are screwed if you have an allergy. In the past, I found pepper on my sandwich and thought it was a fluke but no, they have no regard for individual sandwiches. It’s already expensive there but I’m not going to have to keep throwing out sandwich’s I cannot eat, while waiting with an epi-pen for a reaction.

Well there’s this New Jersey Mikes in Cedar Hill. Texas. I thought would be different from the last time I had JM. No, a giant sub with turkey and provolone. Trust me I had 53 slices of meat on that sandwich for 18 bucks that does not make any sense if he goes back in Jersey, Mike stock coming into the market they had good sandwiches really nice bread. This bread might’ve been two days old, hate to write this bad review but even on new jersey mike training people to make good sauce for the price

Well I have been going to Jersey Mike's in Smithfield NC for a long while, everything was great until my last 2 orders, I spent $30.00 on two online orders from Jersey Mike's only to get home and our sandwiches looked like slop, they were thrown together with hardly any meat but globs of mayo. I'm so disappointed, I thought ordering online and then going to pick it up was a good thi g, No it's not, I can't keep wasting my money on Sloppy Preparation if my Food.

This is the third time they screwed up in order for us. They have an answering service or someone who cannot speak English. They even read the order back to us correctly but gave us wrong subs. I ordered a club sandwich with mayonnaise and got a roast beef with oil and vinegar and hot sauce. My stomach is still upset after 2 bites. I never heard of oil and vinegar on a roast beef hoagie, and to make it worse. They put hot sauce on it to. We will never go back

I really like Jersey Mikes across this country however the store at Hillsborough in raleigh nc not so much. I arrived at 830pm and the employees were so busy trying to close at 9pm singing and dancing and told me the grill was closed. It was obvious the grill had been closed for at least 30 minutes. They wanted to go home and not serve the customers. SHAME ON HIRING EMPLOYEES THAT DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REVIEWS

Stood in line at Cicero NY location , One person making subs and was in the middle of making a big order, A girl associate came over to help the guy and started making the subs and finishing the order conversing with the customer with big order. The original male started to ask us which were the next customers in line what we would like, He was then pulled away to help the girl making the large order, He helped the girl with the large sub order , then attempted to help us again and was pulled away two more times while I was in mid sentence of ordering. We gave up!! Another associate came over and proceeded to laugh and joke with the customer with the big order..Very rude service ..So sad because I was bragging to my boyfriend about how great the subs were and finally have a Jersey Mike's in our area. We were very disappointed that we could not get served
