Sub was ok. I’ve had Jersey Mike’s before but now I spent nearly $18 for just a sub (no chips, no drink) and everything on it is paper thin. I got a super sub and I can’t tell there is cheese on it because I could see through it. It has three meats but I taste none. Really just has a slight ham flavor in the background of lettuce and tomato. Still better than subway but literally twice the price. An $18 sub should knock your socks off!!

The sandwich was good and the service was great. Wish Jersey Mikes would use real Italian Sub Rolls like the original 1956 Jersey Mikes did.

I received my second door dash from Jersey Mike. I ordered a salad bowl. The website need to add salad dressings so that we can pick which one we want. My order did not have napkins nor a fork. The portion size of the salad was great. The brownie was delicious after I heated it up a little bit.

Food was good but my worry is why don’t the guys cutting the meat and making the subs wear hairnets and beard covers?!?! I know some hairs are going to fall in the meats and sandwiches. For this reason I probably won’t go back! It is gross!

Bread at Preston Centet Dallas location was fabulous last week. Could hardly wait to go back. Just picked up a sandwich at Dallas Parkway location. Bread was terrible. Hard and dry. Been sitting too long. So sorry. I notice when person was cutting bread lengthwise after me, it looked hard and dry and thought, “hope mine isn’t like that”. Lynn Smith.

I ordered 2 Original Italian subs. A man started them with plenty of meat & cheese. A woman took over asking about toppings. I said "everything." She put on lettuce, tomato, & onion. I should have kept watching her (I proceeded to pay), as she neglected peppers, etc. So disappointed!

I like the food, but every time I order for pickup my food isn't ready... People walk in, wait in line, get their sub made and leave while I wait for an order I placed online 30+ minutes before. You need to look into making subs in the order they were received...
