Went Jersey Mike Touhy Ave Niles Il. Purchased 3 subs everyone wrong ordered a bag of chips wrong. Ordered on line are they hiring people that can't read.This really sucks won't go there anymore.

I had ordered 1 cold sub and it never arrived. I reached out to customer service, and received an email that I would get an answer within 48 hours. A week and a half later, I had heard nothing, and reached out to them again. It has almost been 3 weeks since I had originally reached out, never heard from customer service, and still have the charge for an order I never received.

My grandson ordered a salami sub. 4 thin pieces of salami on a regular sub roll and that's it. Charged full price. They slice their meats and cheese on the same slicer. Place was not clean.

Went to Jersey Mike's in eau Claire. The dining room is so tiny I could not find a place to sit and eat my sub. I paid $18 and you would think the sub should have a wow factor. Not much meat or lettuce. I used to like Jersey Mike's subs but now they skimp on the amount of meat and vegetables they put on the sub. Go to Firehouse subs they have the best sub sandwiches they don't skimp on their sandwiches and they have a large dining room so you can eat your sub there

Ordered a number 26 which is a hot sub asked for extra meat service was terrible and took 30 minutes to receive one of the worse jersey mikes I have ever been to wish I could post a picture of the bacon tomato lettuce on a hero that I paid 20 dollars for

Ordered a Tuna sub on line at work. Later on on my lunch break went to eat my sub . My banana peppers were missing. My mayonnaise on the Bread was missing. My extra tuna and herb and garlic bread. And my cheese was missing. This place is straight garbage 😡😡

I ordered in person and was the only person in the store. They made a bunch of subs and put them for people that weren't there. The sub they first made was still there 10 minutes after I ordered. I watched them make the to go subs and it was terrible. Bye Bye. Why not help the person standing there?

These Subs are crap! The bread is spongy, wet bloated boiled ham on what they call a Super Sub. Undetectable capicola and prosciuttini. Paper thin tomato slices. Subway subs are much better and they are nothing special. I complained twice with no contact from customer service.
