New store in Whiting NJ 08759: paid about $10 for a sub with one piece of turkey and one piece of Swiss. Riping off senior citizens in the area!

Price to high for the large sub....they advertise the sub with loads of meat. Not even close..I can get get a better hero in my area for half the price. Save your many stay away.

I visited the Jersey Mike's on Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem. Jersey Mike's has a Corporate Statement on Their Website that says on Sundays. That kids eat Free with a Paying Customer. Apparently Jake The Manager says He does Not have to Honor Company Policy. I showed him the Jersey Mike's Ad for Sunday. That Kids eat Free. He said it didn't mean crap to him. If Jersey Mike's needs 5 Dollars? Please Let me know? I can Probably help You Out? Jake said he had been working there 5 Years. And He was not going to honor Company Policy. Wow. Jersey Mike's has hit the Bottom.

Customer service was TERRIBLE!!! Tons of employees doing absolutely nothing. No customers in sitting area only to go orders. The employees had time to laugh chew gum and talk to each other. Brand new store!!! So sad !!! Not going to make it if something doesn't change. Store located at 176 Sparks drive Forest City NC.

As someone who works in the food industry, I am extremely disappointed. They are over priced for the amount of food you recieve! I am positive in ordered to cover cost and make profit they overprice their food items. Which is not even high quality food. They might give options for those with gluten issues, but it doesn't mean its good quality. For as large of a food chain they are, it is ridiculous and I will never order from them ever again!

Order a sub and everything was out of the bread it was nasty looking wont even feed it to my dog only if I could post a pic. This place is a joke

Jersey Mikes Clinton Keith Location: AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Did an online mobile order, walked in at my pickup time, they completely ignored me handed someone else there sandwich and walked away, then someone finally asked my name and they said oh we’re still making it to then take another ten minutes past my pickup time. After everyone who got their sandwich made, that did walk-in orders left, the girl calls my name and throws my bag on the counter and walks off. Completely uncalled for

Trash. We gave them multiple chances. Every experience was putrid. The commercial looks 100 times better than the product that arrives.
