The sub wasn’t too bad, but trying to use the jersey points is a joke. Customer Service is absolutely terrible. They lie to you. Don’t fix the problem.

Placed an order @ Jersey Mikes in Flossmoor,IL. I ordered 2 giant sandwiches, only to find out when I returned home that my order was incorrect! I submitted a complaint, was contacted by CS to no avail. It was useless & a waste of time! This happens quite often when ordering online. This is the reason why businesses fall under due to lack of quality customer service.

Most expensive roll I ever bought. Paid $18.00 for what was to be a giant cheese steak only they neglected to put any real amount of meat in the sandwich. The place was a total rip off.

Paid alot for a giant sandwich they lady said they were busy. All that money great I'm stuck with a sandwich I didn't order.

I always liked jersey mikes in manahawkin nj and brick nj so i went to the new one in whiting nj it was terrible sandwick skimmy service terrible And while i was waiting for my order there was senior couple sitting with there drinks when i was paying the man came over from the table and said wheres my order they never made the 2 orders he had payed for before me So he was mad you did not make my orderso he wanted his money back 2 workers in the back busy talking so thisplace is off my list sorry

Jersey Mike's SUCKS. The throw-up I produce after eating one of their subs tastes better than the sub itself!

bread was fresh paper thin on meat 3 skimpy pieces asked for heavy on the onions 4 skimpy pieces plenty of lettuce abit pricey for a skimpy sub .improvement is needed it is a new store.

Another horrible experience. Hadn't been in months thought we would give it another try. Did on line order Said order would be ready at 7:45 got there as 7:40. They didn't even start our order finally got our order at 8:06 wanted brownies and of course they didn't have them. Got home and they were marked with the wrong numbers which really was no big deal but one of the grinders were not made the way we ordered needless to say we won't be going back there
