The cheese is so thin you can see through it! And the meat isn’t much better. This Jersey Mikes just opened a few months ago and we go there at least once or twice a week. They have been having the BEST subs in the world! But seems like they have been cutting back on the meat and cheese each week.

I would’ve given them a five star review, unfortunately, the sandwiches were not marked. So you didn’t know what you were getting until you unwrapped it. even with this inconvenience I still think they make the best sandwiches in Statesboro.

The over all quality of the sandwiches is fantastic. I don't like the fact they cut the bread in half. Every good sub I've had most of my 67years the bread is hinged. I would of given Jersey Mike's a 5 star rating had not cut the bread in half. It's a lot harder to enjoy with the insides squeezing out of all 4 sides.

Today was my daughter's and I first time eating jersey Mike's food. We are foodies so we love to try new food. My friend had turned me on to them 2 years ago when they first came to my little city Flint Michigan and let me say I'm upset I hadn't visited sooner. First of all, ALL the emoyees had excellent customer service. They rock. Second I bit into the Philly steak and the cheese was so melted I almost kissed the sandwich. I would have given a 5 star but I really wanted turkey and provolone but it was served cold. I want the option. But I will tell you this Jersey Mike's is 25 minutes from my home, idc, I'll make that drive and you have earned a lifetime customer. I am calling their manager tomorrow to tell them how wonderful the staff was. Nomore Big John's, no more Subway, nomore Charlie's, no more Mancinno. I love you Jersey Mike.

Went to Jersey Mikes In Winston-Salem, NC on University Parkway for the 1st time in years for the 100% donation day to benefit the Special Olympics. I was so impressed with the Employee Tay! Not only did he not get 1 order wrong (while I was there) He kept everything in line from the costumers to the staff. He multitasked getting hot and cold orders, making bread, slicing, and making sure the sandwich makers were stocked. He made it all seem like an everyday ordeal even though the line was 20 people deep. I actually didn't wait in line that long, he pushed everyone through with Ease. I actually went back the next day to a very slow day and he was still working it seamlessly. I Thanked him and told him how Amazing I thought he was, and he was the only reason I came back. Yes they have limited veggies for the subs and it is a bit pricey, but the customer Experience I had because of Tay made it worth it. Also Have you seen the huge chocolate chip cookies? Perfection. So if You are in Winston-Salem stop by and see Tay at the University Jersey Mikes.

I tried a sub at the Jersey Mike's in Vestavia Hills, AL, for the first time. Delicious! Had the original Italian sub. Bread was crispy. Contents generous and tasty. Wait was a little long in store because staff was busy filling online orders but I arrived at a busy mealtime. I will eat here again, maybe ordering online in advance.
