Jersey Mike's SubsReviews of jerseymikes.com

I was very disappointed when I was at port orange, Florida location. I wanted the advertised chicken salad sub and they said they are out. The only chicken is frozen. Can somebody manage a store properly in dunlawton square. 4 other customers also were requesting chicken salad sub.

My first Jersey Mike's experience. A little disappointed, the food was gresh, bread was good , but ever since we sat, an employee who was handling the bread and adding ingrediends in sandwiches then wrap and bag, our whole visit, NEVER EVER tried to change his gloves. i told the manager as i was leaving, she replied " he was just sprinkling", which he wasn't, we were there & every thing is on cameras. And we saw it all. Just take it and fix the mistake. Not going back there, but I'll give a different location maybe a try. Thank you Also, I sent this to thei website, they said someone will reach out but they never did.

I always wondered what the big hubbub was about on Jersey Mike’s sub so I decided to try one today. I had their cheesesteak. It cost me $11.13 for a sub with very little meat and onions in it and 7 inches long. Just for the record I can buy a sub twice that long and half that price right down the road from me a mile and a half. It tasted good but that’s absolutely ridiculous for me to have to wait 10 minutes to have somebody make me a cheesesteak at that price. Never again. I wish I could include a picture showing how empty this regular sub was

My buddy and I went to Jersey Mike's in Inverness Florida last night around 5:15 p.m. Sunday January 11th. There was only one person ahead of us and one person behind us the whole time we were there until we left. When it came time for me to order I told the man I wanted a regular roast beef and parmesan sub. He asked my friend what he wanted and my friend told him to meat lovers sub. I told the young man we were separate orders. He proceeded to lay out the two orders at one time in front of himself and asked what I wanted on mine. I said I wanted mayonnaise on the meat and cheese side of the bread in oil and vinegar on the other side. He then asked my friend what he wanted on his ignoring what I had said that we were separate orders and continued to make the two at the same time. He ended up putting vinegar and oil on both sides of my bread and mayonnaise on the one side and I told him that was the side I want to just mayonnaise and the meat and cheese so he threw the meat and cheese on top of it then he jumps over the next side and says what do you want on this I said well that's the side that was supposed to be just better than oil he goes ahead and adds more vinegar and oil. I did not ask for more. Then he puts the whole thing together and goes on to make my friends sandwich. I asked if I could have mine so I could pay for it while my friend was getting his made cuz he was getting all the whole vegetable deal on his. He continued to make me wait until he was done with my friends even though there was someone standing at the register waiting to ring me up. After I dropped my friend at his house and got to my own I pull my sandwich out in the first thing I noticed was that Bread was extremely soggy. I went ahead and ate a whole half as I was so hungry and it was already late however it was just all I could taste was vinegar and oil and in the bread was soaked. Later on that evening I started having stomach cramps and ended up being sick overnight I saved the other half but I probably will trash it today because I don't want that wet soggy bread loaded with oil and vinegar falling apart in my lap as I try to eat it. My friend told me his second half by the time he got to it was soaked too and soggy we decided we will not go back to this Jersey Mike's thanks to a bad employee that didn't care and didn't listen to the customers concerns.

The sandwich wasn’t bad. The app they use is total junk. I asked for help but customer service is poor at best. Not worth the hassle.

My wife brought home two sandwiches for lunch from Jersey Mike’s yesterday. The bread on her sandwich was hard, seem to be a day old. My chicken sandwich was very mediocre. The last time we had sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s, we said we should go back cause they were so good. Not sure what’s going on, but we’ll wait a year before we go back again.

This is strictly about that Jersey Mike on Winchester near Hackscross in Memphis, Tennessee. The first 10 or 15 visits the sandwiches were neatly made and full of flavor. Even the staff was pleasant. However, the last three visits at the Winchester location did not meet its usual qualities. The bread was so hard that it crumbled like tasteless crackers. Maybe thats what threw the taste of the entire sandwich off. I'm sure I will not be visiting this Jersey Mike's location any time soon.

10201 Martin Luther King Jr. Hwy., Suite 150, Bowie, Maryland, 20720-4254 Thoughts: I'm submitting this complaint again because it's been over a week and I haven't gotten confirmation or a reply from my initial complaint. I'd rather go to Jersey Mike's than complain on Trustpilot, Yelp or some other platform. Fwd: My issue was that my sandwich and bread were incorrect. I ordered a Chicken Philly Big Kahuna on wheat bread and received a Steak Philly Big Kahuna on white bread. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home so I decided to complain rather than drive back to this location. When I walked in, someone was bringing their sandwich back that was incorrect and being remade. When I walked to the counter, an employee handed me a sandwich bag that was intended for an awaiting customer. I told the employee my name and she handed me a bag with the wrong name on it. These employees are not paying attention. I'm not sure if the staff has been replaced recently but in the past, I've rarely had issues this severe at this location. Sent a complaint to this location's email twice but they never responded, so sending to Trust pilot.
