I will never order from jersey Mike's and I will never use door dash again their driver sat in the parking of where my food was supposed to be delivered for 30 minutes and ate my food. And jersey Mike's said go £¥€% yourself and then door dash go £¥€% your self. Now I lose my money had no food to eat and none of them care. I will start a campaign of bad reviews and complaints until it hurts their business.

Overall, when Jersey Mike's got bought out, they went downhill. Sub rolls are smaller, fillings are smaller, but the prices have increased. ever since Blackstone bought them out, they've declined dramatically. This is corporate greed and although I wish they could go back to the high quality they once had, they won't, so I hope the day comes where Blackstone goes belly up.

My last 2 orders have been incorrect. We order our sandwiches dry, meaning no sauce such as mustard, mayo, oil, etc. That last 2 times, our sanwiches have had a lot of either spicey mustard or mustard on them. So much that it soaked into the bread and it's impossible to just scrape it off. I filled out the survey and the "owner" of this location sent me an apology via email and an offer to refund my last 2 orders and requested that I provide the order number. Unfortunately, I didn't have the receipt from the order a couple of weeks ago but I did have the receipt from my recent order. I replied to his email with the requested order number and amount however, he has not bothered to respond or acknowledge my reply. $25 for 2 sandwiches that we cannot eat is just ridiculous. Never again. Back to Jimmy Johns or MacAlisters.

I ordered at 1:11 PM called at 2 PM told them we didn't get the order, and they said they didn't see it and the idiot worked asked if we still wanted it and I told him yes. They said they would make it and send it out. Another hour goes by I call at 3:11 PM the guy finds my order puts me on hold and a manager gets on says the order was picked up a while ago and can't tell me details, so I believe they lied to me! I left a complaint on their website and haven't heard back yet! The service was horrible trying to order a salad this the first time we were there and she said oh we don't make salad finally she said we do make a bowl you put it on the bowl why didn't she say that in the beginning she's standing there rolling her eyes cuz we're trying to figure out how to order. As I checked out to pay for the work the person checking just was just like dead personality just nothing no smile no thank you another eye roller this is how I'm leaving this place that was the last impression I got was the person ringing me up horrible service I thought the prices were high I didn't complain about it my sandwich was okay my wife's salad was good what's not a salad it's a bull which they didn't tell us it took us about 10 minutes to figure out that we could order a bowl. Just so you know if the service was good we wouldn't have complained about the order the service was so bad and in the attitudes here are so nasty that everybody's going to complain here I mean it's ridiculous I mean how dare you go to the checkout window and they give you attitude I mean I just can't see this place doing very much business I'll never come back here again. Something must be wrong with management or the owner here to have all these unhappy people working here and now I'm only talking about the women I didn't have any conversation with the guy making a sandwich just the women. Just so you know a little friendly smile would go a long ways to the point it would overcome some of the complaints you're probably getting about the sandwiches not being good and the one guy person said that they didn't toast the bread well they didn't ask me I would have wanted it toasted but they didn't ask me that they just brought it to me cold and I never get a cold sandwich I always get a hot sandwich.

Overpriced just not that good. Terriblebly underwhelming

second time n two weeks I threw away full sized tuna sub. Luckily this time mayo smelled so bad I didn't eat it. Would not refer them to anyone
