I order a #1 which is just a BLT off doordash when it arrives i open it to find out it's just lettuce with a single slice of tomato. I drive all the way to the store even tho i paid a lot of money to have it delivered so i specifically didn't have to drive. When i get there they were obviously training a new employee at the pickup counter so I was like ah no problem they'll just make me a new one. The guy who was training goes NOPE i will NOT make you a new one i can take back your old sandwich and put bacon on it for you, which is rediculous because at this point the food has been sitting in hot cars for at least an hour (it's 90+ degrees out and humid here). I tell him this is your error and I just want a new sandwich then he gaslights me and says "NO i was right you ordered that with no bacon and no mayo" I show him the reciept and my doordash app (it saves all notes on orders) which neither said to remove anything. He proceeds to print up a fresh reciept that says no bacon no mayo and says see it's right here you are wrong you are not getting a new sub you can get in line and buy another. Needless to say i slammed that sandwich in the trash can and got some Wendy's will never ever go back to jersey mikes. Paid about $30 for a bag of chips and a bite of lettuce bread lesson learned.

I drive 25 miles to go to Jersey Mike’s Springfield Illinois two sometimes three times a week because The food is fantastic. Today Saturday I was in a hurry and drove all the way there and there’s a line of 10 people. I got in line and the problem is a young kid making sandwiches took about 10 to 15 minutes on each and every sandwich. All the other employees were busting there ass. This employee put a pinch of lettuce on a little at a time. Everyone in line were so upset. Some walked out. They should have sent him home it took 40 min to get one sandwich. I have never seen in my life anyone move that slow. Management needs to do something

There was basically no meat or cheese in the ham and provolone wheat wrap I ordered. It was like a lettuce and tomato wrap.This has happened the last 3 times I ordered. I will not order from there, again. Additionally, the wrap was soggy from the amount of oil and vinegar in which it appears to have been submerged. Yuk!

Jersey Mike's has gone down hill along with the corporate office the workers are more concerned about their social media than their customers and you can't complain to the company I'd like to start a sandwich shop and just hire people over 40 years old Jersey Mike's is nothing special slice cold cuts thin and you have it the rest is just basic common sense

I order 2 giant bacon ranch chicken subs to be oven heated when I got my subs they where not what I ordered for 63.00 dollars it was the wrong sandwiches and they sent 1 whole one and a half of what I dont know I called the store in northwest plaza dr and the guy was so rude and hung up on me I was at work I coukdnt talk loud but he left me on hold without saying anything and I called bk a guy said I need to call door dash to get my money back and I said it was yall fault for sending me the wrong order but he saud that's what I have to do so I call door dash and they saud they will get back to me I will never eat or order or refer anyone to them these sandwiches look like something old that they had laying around and they where cold so I threw them in the trash there goes my lunch until I get off at 10pm smh it's sad how people treat people and if it wasnt fir people like me they would have a buisness or a place to work but I will never order from them again never I give them a zero

I ordered a giant big kahuna on Memorial day. I ordered it online and when we got home 30 minutes later we discovered our sub order was wrong. I tried calling the store multiple times and let the phone ring over 3 minutes each time. No one ever answered the phone. So i sent a message to Jersey Mike's on their website. They said it could be up to 48 business hours to get a response from them , which should be end of business today. It's 630pm and I've not heard from anyone. I think I see where the store gets it's training from. Not valuing the customer starts at the top and trickles down from there. I like Jersey Mike's but i value good customer service more. We won't be getting a big kahuna anymore. Just in case the company actually sees these reviews i bought my sub in Roanoke VA store. Peters creek road store.

Account got Hacked, information and credits stolen. They have/will not respond to request about the incident.

I never received my order. Door dash says it is not through them so they will not refund. Jersey Mike's says it is through door dash so you won't refund. I was a loyal customer but I will never order from you again since you are a rip off.
