Some of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life

I myself have never had a bad time at Jersey Mike's in Cherry Hill which we go to a few times a week or the one time in Melissa Texas. The managers and employees are the best and the food is great. The only problem I see is that YOU CAN never PLEASE everyone and they are the ones that give them bad reviews. I have been to restaurants and diners that have had great reviews and I would not give there food to a dog. Jersey Mike's your the best.

What amazing customer service, a great group of young guys and gals who really worked well together!! Danville Virginia, I eat several times a week at Jersey Mikes. I get greeted with a smile every single time no matter who is working. But this particular day was different. I used my debit card earlier online at my desk. I got up to go grab me a mini sub to get back to work and finish up a project. You guessed it, my pouch I keep all my cards in was on my desk! No cash and no cards! My sub was finished, bagged and ready to be paid for.... I was so embarrassed! Manager said " No problem, its on us today" It was a Monday for sure! She smiled and said "It happens" We know you will be back! So, today is Tuesday! I will be eating Jersey Mikes to pay for yesterdays sub and todays also! Jersey Mikes manager was so sweet and I think she could tell I was so embarrassed when my card wasn't in my purse! She acted as if it was no big deal and everything was fine! I also know she sees me in there a lot and took a chance that I would come back to pay! Its hard to find good employee's now and the same for Managers! Jersey Mike's is THE BEST!!!!!!!

I bought a giant sub on 6/11/21 I was informed it was double points day being enrolled In the program I was awarded the normal 12 points when I checked back 6/14/21 I spoke to the manager and to my surprise he recalled Me and my purchase and awaiting double points This is Great Customer Service in Lincolnton NC I was sold before and continue to be a on going customer. This MANAGER deserves a credit or raise for his recall Great staff as well THEY DO CARE HIGHLY RECOMENDED

We do not have a Jersey Mikes near our community, but we stop at one most every time on our frequent road trips out of town. Those are mostly in MN and we have found the staff is very friendly, (part of the reason we return), or at the very least don't act like they hate their job. Service is quick and sandwiches are delicious and fresh.
