Jerry's is a joke !
I would give them 0 stars if it was there. In the same conversation went from $38.33 for full coverage towing and rental then I wanted to add gap insurance, and it went to a $140. Then, when I asked about it, they kept on shooting me. Other quotes for over a $100 after that. And I asked, well, what about the 3833? Without gap and AI said, oh, we mis"d you after I have it in writing the ". Then, I went round and round on the phone for over 40 minutes with an associate, and they said, well, that was only a quote. Yes, usually a quote you have to stand behind it. But you creased it by a $100. In the insurance that they were trying to sell me was through progressive progressives Gap insurance is $8 a month. The old bait and switch not impressed with this company like I said, I would give it a 0.

Chris, we’re sorry this turned into such a frustrating experience, especially after spending 40 minutes on the phone and still not walking away with a clear answer. Adding gap coverage and other options does change the price, so a quote can move once those are included. That said, we can understand how watching your number climb, and then being told the original was only a quote, is confusing and not the clarity you deserved.
