Incredible products and support. I bought from them 3 years ago. The quality is quite good, like the real ones. Now found a pairing issue with a new iOS update, I contacted him by WhatsApp, and in less than 1 hour y had a new firmware file with a video tutorial to fix the issue. Amazing support.

These are my 2nd pair from Jenny I first got the 1.1Tb from 2 years ago and decide to get new ones. These pairs are great and I’m very happy with the quality and closeness to retail so I got one for my friend too. Most of all I really appreciate Jenny’s customer service as all my problems have been solved very easily without any hassle and great fast communication. Definitely the best AirPod seller and best service.
