Cynthia, thanks for your review. We do have a system to ensure that no duplicate jobs or companies are sent to you but I will look at your history to see what might have gone wrong. Expired listings is an issue we are working on right now and you should see a vast improvement going forward. For part time roles, please make sure that your profile says that is what you are looking for an then our alerts will focus on that. Thank you!

I'm sorry that you've had that experience. We are constantly working to ensure that our jobs are updated as quickly as possible when an employer stops accepting applications but some do slip though at times.
