Jennie Johnson provided great service, but sometimes after you respond to the six questions, then you find out the job opportunity is closed.

Finding me potential employment is good, a variety to choose from, but I am getting no calls, not one. Hardly any rejection letters even. It's dead out there.

I cannot access the revised resume to make necessary edits before I submit for the ISN/WMDT job. I need to do this asap. Thanks, Don

You need to have enough information about the availability of job postings before posting them to the public for applications. Also, your company or team need to provide more opportunities for job applications relating to the one-off payment of $15.

I love the customization of resume/cover letter for each job. But with only 5 per month, there are too many listings that are out-dated (or that make you have to dig around too much for salary and Contract/FTE info) to make it worth the $20/mo.

To many offers that do not match my expertise. Job offers but when you click on the icon some else comes up or gives you error. Waste of time. A lot of offers from Amazon but where or they use the Amazon for something else???

The only thing that would have made this experience better, would have been to have a live person on the other end. But the verbiage and the way your process effected me was one of a professional. I have no complaints...

The services are extensive but confusing and difficult to use. It really needs an app to support its diverse functionality.
