For the most part job references are fairly accurate. Several have timed out but that is part of the game.

I am an active job seeker, applying to jobs daily with an average of 10-15 applications daily! This site has all the makings for someone like me. However, a review of the program is needed. I like that there is a way to understand how my experience matches up to the job description,n but the site only gives you one chance to generate this capability, and it takes more than 8 minutes to develop—on top of that, it's expensive: $12 an app review/monthly. The competitors have lower subscription rates that are sustainable. This site is on a great path but needs some fine-tuning fit to create real growth for its target audience.

You attempt to match the resume and experience for employment. You describe the resume as it needs to to qualify for certain employment areas, jobs, etc.
