Very quick response
Very quick response. Loved the new formatting and most of the re-writes. However, did not like the font; I prefer a sans-serif such as Arial or Veranda.

Why I love Jennie!
Jennie’s recommendations provided job opportunities that were based on my actual teaching position - learning resource specialist. Since they were connected directly to the educational setting, I was able to share them with many other educators who were looking for teaching jobs, not just an AI word connection.

Great reports, but outdated job postings
The actual reports that are created are great- detailed interview prep, questions to ask, and resume recommendations that are all helpful. However, the emails I receive consist of job postings that are so old (usually 1-3 months old) that the hiring companies are no longer open to accepting applications.

Arya, thanks for the feedback and review, we really appreciate you sharing that with us. We do work very hard to only send you roles that are currently hiring but we have found that many roles that list "expired" on job boards are actually still open but that the employer is no longer paying to sponsor the role. Hence why we are giving you the direct company contact info in our Power Apply flow. But we aren't perfect and some slip through the cracks.

We appreciate you taking the time for the review and suggestion. I understand your desire to search just recent jobs and we plan to offer that filter within the job search feature on the site and will consider it for your email alert settings too. I'd like to offer a little advice while looking at jobs that might have been posted a while ago. Utilizing the direct connections at the company through our Power Apply, reaching out to a job that might have been posted weeks or months ago, you'll certainly stand out to the hiring manager by taking the extra initiative rather than only applying to a role the day it was posted and possibly getting lost in the sea of other applicants who are blasting resumes to every new post on the major job boards. I sent you and email about this too

I have just started using this service, so I am holding off on a final decision. However, so far I am satisfied with the way my resume has been reworked to fit a particular position as well as the cover letter that supports the same.
