I love the fact I get a speedy response when I have questions. I also absolutely love how you kind of take over so to speak with the resume, it’s a huge help!

Aside from the fact that I was charged money despite cancelling my account… Most of the job listings on their site are inaccurate so you will waste “credits” on resume recommendations for job listings that aren’t live anymore or you’re way overqualified for. There was a job listing that said it was only 3 days old. Did the whole resume rewrite thing, and the job listing was actually 3 weeks old and closed. Their algorithm will also show you mostly jobs way below your qualifications or just as off topic as LinkedIn’s search. Not worth the money or time.

I am sorry you had this experience, we refunded your subscription payment right away. While we do work very hard to ensure that every job is updated quickly, there are times when it is taken down before we can update it. When that happens, we still recommend that candidates use the Company Contacts we provide to reach out and express their interest. Just because a role is take down, it doesn't mean that they might not be happy to hear from a well qualified (and persistent) applicant. Again, sorry you had this experience and we refunded your payment right away.

Your algorithm to select jobs that I'm interested in were pretty good until I submitted my resume to my profile. Then I started receiving job suggestions that were much below the level I am interested in.

Thanks for letting us know, I'm going to reach out via email and dig into what would have caused that. We're always working to improve the algorithms and your feedback is very valuable.

the jobs you post - are not accepting applications and are over a month old - cancel my subscription - was to be free for 3 days - they charged and did not refund even though I cancelled within 2 hours of joining.

We received your message into our site and canceled your subscription. With regards to some roles that are not available, I would highly suggest that even if a company took a posting down from the job site, you still should reach out to them if you think it's a great match. I've found that 60% of jobs which are listed as expired on major job boards, are actually still open but they are no longer paying to sponsor the roles. That is why we provide the company contacts in our power apply flow, reaching out to them even if the role shows as expired will help you stand out. However, I understand your frustration with finding this and I have canceled your account. You will have access to the reports and using the site with your premium benefits through the end of the month.

I like the curated jobs - good algorathim. I did apply for a job after spending time revising my resume and cover letter for the JJ version and when I hit apply the job had been removed. I connected with Kevin and he was very helpful.
