We built our home 5 years ago and our microwave and oven wall combo stopped working. Asked to have someone come fix it, So they said they would send someone out. the technician still hasn’t shown up!!! I waited 4 hours (the time frame they give you 🙄) and still no call no show. I will NEVER buy jennair products ever again and will warn our friends. We build speck homes and will never buy for our future builds!

Jenn Air is a horrible company and I am so Sad we purchased their products. We did a complete kitchen remodel and purchased all Jenn Air appliances. After three years there was an electrical fire inside the oven and it almost burnt down our house. They were going to only prorate a new oven for us even though their product caused an electrical fire in our house. Thankfully, the company who installed the product gave a three year warranty so we were able to fight for a new oven. However, Jenn air made us pay the difference in the new model. Their faulty oven almost killed my entire family and this is the way they responded. I am not done fighting this issue, nor will I ever recommend Jenn Air as a company or products.

Jenn Air refrigerator gave up the evaporator after 4.5 years. It is still under warranty, but they cant or wont tell me when the part is going to be available. Its very strange how they will not communicate with a customer who has spent almost $20K on Jenn Air appliances. With no answers from Jenn Air, we are forced to buy a new refrigerator. For sure, it will not be a Jenn Air or Whirlpool brand.

A certified service technician diagnosed my Jenn Air range in late January 2024 and said a part had to be ordered. For now, the oven can only bake at the presets of 350 or 375. He did say that it might be a long time before it would be available. At the end of May, there was no word on the part, so, wanting to solve the problem sooner, I searched almost every parts supplier in the USA & Canada and no one had the part. I called Jenn Air corporate, and they claim they can do nothing to motivate the supplier to manufacture the part. The end of 2024 is the forecasted delivery date. Seriously, ALL of the USA & Canada parts suppliers are out of the part and there is nothing Jenn Air can do? We have a $3,000 boat anchor in our kitchen that can boil water but not bake a cake! Frustrating!!!

Purchased cooktop, built in oven and microwave in 2022. After a delayed installation the oven had a power failure that couldnt be repaired for two months. 6 months later a fan issue on the oven which couldnt be repaired for two months and now a keypad error and the oven is not working again. The company is most interested in selling me an extended warranty for a product that is obviously faulty. I would recommend avoiding buying a Jenn Air product.

From Sherbrooke, Quebec My JennAir wall oven was bought March, 2021 and now, February 2024, the computer panel is dead. If you call to speak to them, look forward to listening to disgusting music for 20 minutes while you wait to speak to somebody. DO NOT buy a JennAir convection oven.

We ordered our total package of JennAir kitchen appliances in March 2023, expected delivery August 2023. The dealer can't even give us an estimated delivery date. I'm tired of harassing them when the problem is JennAir. They won't even talk to me and insist I go only to the dealer. Help? Any ideas??

Only reason I gave one star is because we have to pick at least one... We've had the combo microwave/oven wall unit for a number of years (over a decade). The control panel has been defective from pretty much the end of year one or two. Every single time you experience a power outage and it comes back, you have to go to the breaker and turn it off and on. The microwave on it's best days was weak beyond belief and finally just stopped working a couple of years AND surprise, surprise...no more parts available for it. truly one of the biggest piece of crap on the market. I have no doubt that the two 5 star reviews are from the company themselves trying to pad their deplorable ratings...avoid it like the plague... Hey JennAir, you want to appease me?...send me a whole new unit for a start...
