Purchased a convention wall oven and have had issues since we purchased the oven. It has undergone frequent repairs and still does not work correctly. The temperature is 100' below set temperature and shuts down on it's own while baking. We have had repair person here trying to address repair issues for months to ensure proper operation. They were told from Jen Aire that they have to basically try different parts until it works correctly. Have a $6000 oven and can use it to cook. Very disappointed. It has been 6 months and still waiting on it to function properly.

I'm so disappointed. Bought the top end refrigerator, steam oven and convection/microwave. The refrigerator is registering 50 degrees, and now needs a new 'board' - it's 2 months older than 2 years old, so 'out of warranty'. The microwave is so loud, it's difficult to have a conversation when it's on. After coming out to check on it, service company says 'that's normal'. The steam oven is so small, it probably can steam 2 artichokes. I've had steamer ovens in my past, and loved them. These appliances are the biggest mistake I've ever made in 50 years of remodeling and building. The dealer refused to do anything more, and, according to them, same for Jenn Aire. I'm going to donate them and go back to subzero, which I had for over 30 years.

I bought 3 expensive appliances and all three required expensive fixes within the first 5 years. Beautiful appliances to look at but made with inferior internals…. Customer service is horrible. Impossible to reach them.

Stuck Error Key on in-wall oven which led to replacing the whole front panel ($1000+) only to last for a couple years. It's such a small defect that leads to a huge cost. The part should be recalled and fixed not just replaced with an identical part that has the same fundamental flaw. My $40 microwave has lasted longer than this $1000+ part.

Buyer beware! Terrible Jenn Air refrigerator is under warentee and cannot be fixed by authorized service technicians. Two months not functioning!!! Ice doesn’t dispense, interior light & water work intermittently. Poor customer service & poor performance by appliance. Attractive frig but unacceptable functionality. Don’t buy Jenn Air!

I've had this fridge for about 3 years now, I did purchase it second hand (it was purchased new in 2017). However, in the last 6 months the compressor stopped working. I had it replaced through Jenn-Air, I did get it covered under warranty. I did have to replace all of the food in the fridge, which it happens, I was fine with it. A couple of months later, the fridge stopped working again. Apparently the lines for the refrigerant weren't replaced which I was then later told was a must when replacing the compressor... all food thrown out again.. lines replaced.. this time on my dime. A couple of months later, the fridge stopped working again! All food thrown out... AGAIN.. the OTHER line that goes to the compressor was dysfunctional. I replaced that one... on MY DIME... AGAIN.. now here we are today, guess what.. THE FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.. ALL FOOD THROWN OUT.. AGAIN!! Now I have to have the technician come out and diagnose it.. AGAIN. It's a $6,000 fridge new.. All I'm being offered is a 25% credit on a new fridge.. I personally don't have $6,000 to replace this fridge. Horrible product, it doesn't even belong in a landfill. It should be launched into space. This is the WORST experience I've had with a product.

Jennair refrigerator ice maker will not make enough ice to meet their standards. Repair staff does not know what to do so Jennair is washing their hands of the issue. Purchased new ( retail $5699), not our price. 2 other refrigerators have worked fine in this location.

1 étoile est déjà trop pour leurs produits. Bad luck dès le premier jour. Jour 1, la plaque à induction explose, la compagnie veut seulement échanger la plaque à induction au lieu du four complet. Après une très longue négociation, il y a possibilité d’avoir un nouveau four. Depuis, y’a eu réparation de l’élément / le contrôle d’induction ,en plus d’avoir pris feu dans les derniers temps. Ceci dit, aucune cuisinière pour les prochains mois ce qui ne fait aucun sens. Le frigidaire a brisé 4 fois durant la même année, machine à glace / lumières … et le board du lave-vaisselle brisé pendant 3 mois car ils n’ont jamais aucunes pièces. Pire compagnie. Produits épouvantables et service après vente -1000
