We had to replace a door seal on our Jenn air fridge 5 times over the last 4 years. Jenn Air will not accept any responsibility for the issue. I have had multiple service techs out saying the same thing that this is a design flaw. I would recommend to never buy Jenn Air product as the design and parts are low quality compared to the products price tag.

Do not buy their appliances. We both 4 appliances from them (wall oven, stove top, dish washer and mini fridge). We have had nothing but issues with all 4 and they’re only 5 years old. Wall oven has been serviced 3 times and just died, again, mid cook. I’m so done with these terrible products.

Purchased 7 JennAir luxury products, 42” built in refrigerator broke fast spent 13k, then they abandoned me with useless, unresponsive service. Worst purchase ever—buyer beware. Leadership should be ashamed.

I ordered a part on July 24, told it was in stock and 2 day. shipping. lie, called everyday. new order by rep on July 31, said in stock , overnight, lie, I called every day and was told was shipped, every rep lied. new rep today, aug. 5 th now. says not in stock, never shipped, now back ordered . asked several times to talk to someone in parts department. none, asks to speak to CEO anyone, no one. I have in my kitchen thousands of dollars of jennair, and will never replace with jennair again. do not buy. customer service is not capable of truth. I have.fridge, convection microwave, cooktop and oven..Never again.

We purchased 5 brand new appliances totalling nearly 30K Our dishwasher was delivered with a ton of water in it. The cardboard inside was starting to break down and was covered in mold. We were told from the store it is normal due to the fact they test everything. Once we installed it we quickly noticed it would continuously run and get 'stuck' at the same spot of the cycle. We would have to manually stop and force it to drain. Also to note, after running for 4 additional hours the dishes are still never clean. We have also tried to run it on every cycle option available and it will still get 'stuck' on each option. We have had 2 replacement parts installed - neither fixed it (both motors). Now the technician is getting an error for the motherboard and he showed me there is water damage to that and its connection pieces - actual rust forming. We are now awaiting AGAIN for these parts. Which I may add they are coming from out of the country and everything is 'on back order'. The customer service line claims they cannot replace it unless the technician deems it unrepairable - yet he claims he doesn't have that option has all parts can be replaced. There is a loop hole in their warranty. We installed in October 2024 and June 2025 we are still without a working dishwasher - has NEVER worked. We are also now receiving an error code on our double wall oven - another part we get to wait for. Apparently this code is a common issue for this oven - the front technology is not communicating with the oven itself - 10k part fix. Our technician told us we should fight for the extended warranty to be give to us for free as even with the replacement this part will likely fail again in the future... and since we are only months into a BRAND NEW oven we will likely be without one once our warranty is up. Customer service is absolutely no help. They cut you off and just keep repeating there are no other options. We've threatened legal action, reporting to BBB and local news... they DO NOT CARE. Our technician also stated Whirlpool will not pay their technicians if they are to return for the same warranty claim so he is on his 5th visit and has to fight to even be paid at all and he is the only trained tech in the area so we have to use him. Whirlpool is losing nothing to keep people running in circles - their appliances failing and they are just keeping all of the money. I am a project manager - I have many trade's in my house and on other job sites and I have had many conversations about these struggles with Jennair/Whirlpool. Many have had similar stories and the ones that are new to it are disguised. I will continue to tell all who will listen as this company does not deserve to be in business. Faulty low quality products and awful customer service. AVOID JENNAIR/WHIRLPOOL at all costs!!!

We purchased a Jenn-air electric downdraft cooktop now the cooktop looks well made as we had one for 40 years. The new cooktop we assumed that everything would line up ,we were wrong with installation instructions, a child in grade one could do a better job with the format of the instructions that came with the Jenn- air! with nobody that you could phone that could help you with the installation. Instructions are horrible. If you purchase one make sure your liquor cabinet is open as you will be extremely frustrated by the instructions Buyer beware!!!!

I purchased JennAir appliances about five years ago and spent $27000, expecting long-term reliability and premium service. Recently, it developed an issue, so I contacted JennAir for support. They sent a technician and charged me $159, only to tell me that the part needed for the repair is no longer available. I was then offered just 25% off a new appliance. I found this really disappointing — not just because the appliance failed sooner than I expected, but because I essentially paid for a service that led nowhere. It feels unfair to charge for a repair visit when the solution doesn’t exist. For a high-end brand like JennAir, I expected better product longevity and customer support. I'm frustrated and honestly hesitant to invest in another appliance from this brand unless they rethink how they handle these situations. Buyers should be aware that support may not last as long as the product should.

Horrible NEVER BUY JENN AIR! I spent almost $10,000 on what i thought was a quality stainless steel oven/microwave from Jenn Air 3 years ago and HAS NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY. Judd and Black (installer) have been out SIX TIMES CORRECTING THE SAME electronics issue. Jenn Air requires yet another diagnostic. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM JENN AIR, NO LONGER QUALITY
