Thank you SO much for this powerful review! 🙌 As a coach, my mission is to actually walk beside you — not just hand you a plan and disappear. I don’t do cookie cutter. I don’t do surface-level. I do real transformation, built from the inside out — and I’m honored to be your guide. You’ve shown up, done the work, and trusted the process…and that’s where the magic happens. Let’s keep crushing it Michelle!💥🔥💛

It means the world to hear that you're not just seeing results, but truly learning along the way. That’s what sets JBF apart — no quick fixes, no gimmicks, just real education, tools, and support to help you take ownership of your health for the long haul. I’m so proud of the work you’re doing and grateful to be a part of your journey. We’re just getting started Savage Stephanie! 💛

Heather, I’m so damn proud of you! Getting back into fitness after two years — and after having a baby — is no small thing, and the fact that you jumped into the Red, White & Booty challenge headfirst says everything about your strength. I’m so glad the community, education, and flexibility of the workouts are helping you feel supported and successful. This is just the beginning, and I’m honored to be by your side for it. Let’s keep showing up, one badass rep at a time! 💪❤️🤍💙 – Jenna

Beth — THIS is everything 🙌🏼 Watching you embrace this lifestyle with such intention and heart has been incredible. You didn’t just join a program—you decided to show up for yourself in a whole new way. And that’s exactly why it’s working. You’ve proven that balance, sustainability, and real strength can coexist—and that healthy doesn’t have to mean hardcore. I’m beyond proud of you for building habits you’ll carry for life. This version of you? She’s here to stay 💪🏼🖤 – Jenna
