This custom made dress is so breathtaking in the picture you think it cannot get any prettier...You are wrong. Must have , must see in person, absolutely gorgeous! Arrived a day early and the JenJenHouse were so helpful and understanding when I kept checking in on them. Also when you are measuring for length of the front of the dress make sure you are aware that they add a couple inches for heels so if you are wearing flats measure short or put in comments not to add the length for heels. You will NOT be dissappointed with your purchase!

JenJenHouse did an absolutely SUPERB job on the gown I ordered from them. I initially had issues with the color I chose because it looked different in person than it appeared on the color chart online, but that was ultimately okay. Once I tried the dress on and got an honest opinion from a friend, I was MORE than happy with my choice! The tailoring, fabric and embellishments are done in a top-quality manner - no complaints about that at ALL. Also, the shipping was much faster than I anticipated. My only suggestion to future first-time buyers is to order a fabric swatch ahead of time to get a true sense of how your dress will look in the style you choose. But don't hesitate to order a gown from JenJen House; I will certainly be buying from them again!

I have received the 3 dresses I ordered for my bridesmaids. i was a bit annoyed at having to pay a further £90 for vat and custom charges on delivery but on opening the parcel I was delighted with the dresses and even with the extra added they were still a bargain. The girls have tried them on and LOVE them as do I. Thank you jenjen I will definately recommend your company.

A dress on-line I thought for my daughter's wedding - could it be trusted - the answer YES YES, it was perfect. The quality of the dress and tailoring was above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend JenJen House for all your dress needs. Their Customer Service department always got back to me within a few hours and that is with the time difference. I have never been to a function that so many people loved my dress, thanks JenJen, it was a pleasure to wear the dress and it was such value for money. Have been looking for the next dress already.

Kleider haben nicht gepasst waren unbeschreiblich schlecht und ich sitze auf meinen Kosten. immer noch habe ich leider keine Antwort erhalten. Die Kleider die mir zugeschickt wurden, waren trotz Angabe meiner Maße zu groß. Die Farben hatten große Abweichungen und das eine Kleid sah sogar anders aus als auf dem Bild. Hinzu kam, dass die Qualität des Stoffs sehr schlecht war und die Palietten beim Anziehen runterfallen. Deshalb habe ich Reklamiert und paypal sagte mir ich soll die Ware zurück schicken. Das habe ich auch getan. Sie haben die Kleider erhalten aber nicht reagiert. Paypal sagte das ich mit Ihnen Kontakt nehmen soll um das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Ich habe JenJen House mehrmals angeschrieben aber nach über einem halben Jahr keine Antwort erhalten. Ich würde mich freuen wenn JenJen House endlich mal reagieren würde.

I ordered this dress in navy blue two weeks ago and received it today. Delivery was very fast and service excellent. Dress is so beautifull! I am so happy! Material is good and sewing is first class. Dress is a bit too big for me, but I ordered one size too big just in case. I will take the dress to dressmaker to make it a bit smaller. Thank you Jen Jen house, I will definitely order a dress from you again :)
