The verification process was simple and fast! I made my first deposit of $10 and won $900. I'm fixing to do my first redeem so we'll see how it goes. Great casino!!

Absolutely the worse casino when it comes to redemptions. I signed up a while ago I got verified because it’s a a requirement when signing up. A few days ago I hit for 800 bucks after buying 2 packages that included the “free spins” I needed to change my banking info so I message CS tell them I need to change the bank I send all required documents and I’d in hear nothing for a few days after sending message after message than one out of the blue some joker named Oscar messages me says my accounts been closed because I got multiple accounts which is BTW impossible If you have to verify as soon as you sign up before you can even play. They conned me out to my money and to find out they did it to many others. (Added 04/29/2025 after JefeBets comment) Where is this proof I had additional accounts with shared information because if that’s the case you guys would be in the wrong for verifying it and allowing me to buy SC and than keeping my money. I am in no way shape or form lying to kick it I can go to yall page and have many people come to there pilot and make negative reviews because you guys did the same to them period..: where is the proof???

Hello Cynthia We apologize for your negative experience. We take allegations of this nature very seriously here at JefeBet and we’d like to clarify your situation through this reply. Your account was closed due to a violation of our Terms of Service [Section 5(1)]. (1) Players are allowed to maintain only one Customer Account on the Platform, including any Inactive Account. Should a Player attempt to create more than one Customer Account, all such accounts will be suspended or closed for which the consequences outlined in Section 20 may be imposed. During the account review process it was determined that there were multiple accounts created sharing the same personal information and other login data as the account you attempted to redeem your winnings from. We have strict rules around these types of violations. The penalty for this includes a forfeiture of winnings and the refund of all purchases, along with account closure. As mentioned via email from our customer support team, your purchases have been refunded and we now consider this matter closed in adherence to our terms of service. Our Terms and Conditions can be reviewed in full at JefeBet.com.

It’s a legitimate sweepstakes casino however the game choice is extremely limited. No live games. Glitchy website. Slow redemptions. Much better options out there.
