Hello Carlos, We apologize for your negative experience. We take allegations of this nature very seriously here at JefeBet and we’d like to clarify your situation through this reply. Your account was closed due to a violation of our Terms of Service [Section 5(1)]. (1) Players are allowed to maintain only one Customer Account on the Platform, including any Inactive Account. Should a Player attempt to create more than one Customer Account, all such accounts will be suspended or closed for which the consequences outlined in Section 20 may be imposed. During the account review process it was determined that there were multiple accounts created sharing the same personal information and other login data as the account you attempted to redeem your winnings from. We received documents for verification from both accounts indicating an attempt of multi-accounting. We have strict rules around these types of violations. The penalty for this includes a forfeiture of winnings along with account closure. Our Terms and Conditions can be reviewed in full at JefeBet.com
