This online gaming does not deserve the one star. I would stay clear of Jefebet. I still haven’t received my redemption from 6/24/26. I have been emailing them and I think they have blocked me, because it’s saying now unable to send email. Stay clear of them. I’m reporting this site as we speak.

I’m still pending a redemption since freaking May 19th. I waited months and months and finally a customer service representative told me about a month ago that they just transitioned to a new platform and they put my $150 back in my account and told me to request another redemption. They promised it would be escalated and yet here we are, a month since that day. This is beyond absurd. If you enjoy having money, then don’t play here because they are very dishonest. What a shame

Been waiting for any kind of response on my last redemption from May, radio silence from their support team. Given the complete overhaul of the site recently I have little confidence they are honoring past redemptions, no confidence in playing further with them.
Response from JefebetOct 20, 2026
Hola Joshua, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how the timing of our recent site overhaul, combined with the extended wait on your May redemption and the lack of recent communication, has raised concerns regarding your request. Please be assured that our platform updates have no impact on the validity of outstanding transactions. JefeBet operates strictly within sweepstakes regulatory standards, and all pending payouts remain fully documented, protected, and queued in our system as mandatory administrative and security verifications are finalized. For further assistance or specific inquiries regarding your account status, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team directly at [email protected] using your registered email address. We are genuinely appreciative of your continued patience while these necessary operational processes run their course. JefeBet Support

Redeemed 115.00 in May. They gave the runaround for a month and half and still haven't paid. I've emailed their customer support, they just say continue to wait, we're experiencing delays. 5.5 half months? Scam.
Response from JefebetOct 20, 2026
Hola Kristina, We appreciate you bringing the details of your May redemption to our attention. Waiting over five months for a 115.00 payout understandably leads to concern, and we recognize how discouraging it is to receive recurring delay notices. JefeBet operates fully within established legal sweepstakes frameworks, where each payout must pass multi-tiered security clearances and operational checks prior to release. While processing volume can lengthen these timelines, your transaction remains fully intact, validated, and safely held in the system pipeline pending clearance. We are truly appreciative of your endurance and continued patience while our team completes the necessary operational verifications. JefeBet Support

I'm back on this site more to vent than anything else because I don't think I'll ever get my MONEY back after all this time. And YES, it's MY MONEY because I won it playing. To make a long story short, I've been waiting since March 31st for a $250 prize payment. Seven months have passed and still nothing. They used to answer my emails, but now they don't even do that. Okay, I'll keep writing to them and I'll keep not recommending them.
Response from JefebetOct 13, 2026
Hola María, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. JefeBet operates in accordance with established sweepstakes regulations and operational standards designed to verify and safeguard all transactions. While comprehensive compliance audits and queue volumes can significantly extend processing periods, pending prize redemptions remain logged in our system rather than overlooked. To ensure your file receives immediate review, please contact our team directly at [email protected] using your registered account email. Providing the specific details of your March 31st request will allow our team to pull up your transaction records and provide you with an accurate status update. JefeBet Support

I won $340 on March 21, 2026 and every time I reach out to ask for an update they tell me still under review. Now they just stop responding. Request Date: 21-03-2026 Redemption Amount: 340
