JD Mellberg Financial took as much time as I needed to understand the conditions and terms of the financial advice without added pressure to sell. The process was done in steps supported with documentation along with phone conversations.

I was worried about being able to retire financially. I seen this annuity pop-up on the computer and clicked on it. I gave my information to receive free brochures and a call came right through that evening and I spoke with a rep from the company. I was asked what I was looking for and I asked about annuities. We spoke for about 10 minutes and if I wanted to speak to a financial person about my needs. Great information I was scared ready about them and then became more comfortable about them as I read on. I wrote down some questions to ask during the phone consultation. My consultation time arrived and I spoke with a gentlemen and afterwards was asked if I wanted to meet with a representative from the Pittsburgh, Pa area. I was excited about this and met with my now financial advisor Beth Andrews. My old financial adviser was not very available or responsive to my needs, but when I contacted Josh Melberg I was put in touch with a local adviser, Sean P. Lee. Sean was attentive, responsive and helped me with some important questions I had and made some adjustments to my investment portfolio and long term strategy. The info I initially got from Josh lead me to follow up with a local associate of his firm in my area. I was getting monthly pension payments and being offered a lump sum I'm currently working and don't really need it now so what they had to offer me confirmed I could increase the payment once I needed it again but have it grow at a guaranteed greater value that sticking it in a bank. What was the real clincher is that the payment will be greater than what was my monthly pension and it will continue for life (mine and my spouse) even if I run out of principle.
