I have been pleased from the time I responded to the video, and was contacted by a marketing person, who referred me to a Lincoln, NE local consultant, Alan Kuzma. Alan has patiently and personally taken the necessary time to explain the annuity process to us. I value his help, and trust that this investment will be one that works well for us. His assistance evaluating our retirement income situation and pointing out the details of my mutual fund account was appreciated. While I am not a "savvy" investor, I am a capable woman, and he respectfully treated me as a peer. I hope that this annuity fund will perform as described. Thank you!

The explaination of what the product would do and how it could help us was very detailed. The agent was very patience and went to great lenth to make sure we understood how this product worked. When we deceided to use there product they did all the hard work. They filled out everything, again making sure we understood what was going to take place. They then mailed us the finished paperwork, we signed and returned. When the policy was issued they went over the whole policy with us so we Were comfortabe with our decision. The whole experience with these people was comfortable and if the need was there I would be happy to work with them again.

My wife and I recently sold our home, downsized and purchased an annunity through a Financial Advisory firm in Dallas recommended by Josh Mellberg and Associates. The firm is great!

Bob, my financial adviser was very straight forward. He put my needs first, was really very friendly. He also made suggestions when I realized "why did I not think of that". He answered all my questions where I had some doubts and continue to do so. He explained the entire process as to safety of monies, the best time to start cash flow and guaranteed cash flow for life. Overall, it was a very pleasant and productive meeting and well worth all my time and effort.

Hey, Bill: I just went to Haywood Investments and set up my money it two different accounts. Man, they really know what they are doing and enlightened me on so many plans for investment stradegies that you couldn't imagine. You should go talk to them and give them your goals for the future retirement. I would do it right now! If you don't like what you hear from them, I will owe you a beer the next time we see each other about your visit. if they can't inform and help you out in your investments. If you don't go see them, it will cost you a case of beer. I really mean it and just do it. John

I compared some investment plans and the Mellberg plan seemed the best. I had a very hard time connecting with the local people because I was twice given incorrect or out-dated information from the Arizona office. Ann VanderSlice is very personable and knowledgeable. I had a few mistakes in the details that had to be straightened out. Now if stage two of the investment program survives the bloated market and the raiding of pension funds, I will be very happy.

The agent Jewels Harris was very professional and explained the annuity process so that I could fully understand. I was impressed with the patience that Jewels exhibited and there were no high pressure sales tactics during his presentation. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family without reservation.
