Working with JayWay Travel made the process of planning a vacation much easier. The choices of the level of hotel you're looking for as well as the variety of excursions was perfect for us. The local representative was helpful and very responsive to our many questions. She checked in regularly making sure we were satisfied with the hotels, excursions and transfers. You feel like they have your back and take away any of the stress of foreign travel.

JayWay was an absolutely amazing asset for our trip. I had never used a travel agency before, and can't imagine NOT using them again. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and educated about the destination, tailored our trip to our specific interests, moved things around to accommodate us, were incredibly kind and fun to work with, and all around an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend!

Our trip to Central Europe was the third trip using Jayway and we are so happy about our decision. We have traveled to Europe many times before using different plattforms , ocean and River cruises.other group tours but in my opinion Jayway is the way if you want to really know the cities to visit

Our journey through Puglia was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, letting us relax and enjoy the beauty, culture, and flavors of southern Italy. The itinerary which was developed with JayWay allowed us to explore charming towns, stunning coastlines, historic sites, and wonderful food in many areas of Puglia that many tourists on their own would not be able to experience. As the Italy Program Coordinator,Daniele Toniolo guided and accompanied us throughout the trip. He was knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about sharing the region, making our trip memorable. Each hotel was comfortable and well-located, and he personally transported us between cities. All of the travel on our tip was executed seemlessly. Logistics were never a worry. His personal touch, expertise, and focus on service truly stood out. Puglia was a revelation — from Ostuni’s whitewashed streets to Alberobello’s trulli, from the sparkling Adriatic to incredible food and wine. Thanks to JayWay, we experienced it all with ease, comfort, and discovery. We returned home with wonderful memories, deep appreciation for the region, and full confidence that once again JayWay Travel always delivers an outstanding, worry-free experience.

We used JayWay a number of years ago in Europe and had an exceptiional experience with their attention to detail. When they offered a similar way to plan our trip to Peru (their first venture in South America), we jumped at it without hesitation. Everything was rave perfect; the choice of hotels, the guides, the travel connections, the sincere caring and oversight; we found the web-based planning brilliant. Even a couple of unexpected "glitches" were handled quickly and professionally.

My wife and I just got back from our trip to Paris, Barcelona and Rome. We utilized Jayway travel for this trip and we are sooooo completely happy with the entire trip. My brother referred Jayway to us as he has used them in the past. We are grateful he referred them to us for our 40th wedding anniversary celebration to Europe. From start to finish, our trip was flawless. We absolutely had zero issues. Our hotels, excursions, transfers, plane reservations, train reservations while in Europe were all set up by Jayway. Our trip was amazing, fantastic, flawless, seamless, smooth, and any other way you want to put it. We are happy. Both my wife and I. We landed in Paris and a driver was waiting to pick us up. Drive to the hotel where a Jayway representative (Tina) was waiting for us in the lobby. She had a nice gift for us from Jayway to help us celebrate our 40th. Had excursions printed out, train tickets printed out and explained to us everything we needed to know. She stone for our entire trip. She was “FANTASTIC” We took a train from Paris to Barcelona. Driver waiting for us to take us to the hotel. Hotel was “FANTASTIC”. We were met at our hotel by Tamara on Monday morning She also had everything ready for us. Explained the modes of transportation and our excursions and off we went. Another fantastic interaction with a Jayway representative. Our last leg of the trip was a plane flight Rome. Another flawless transfer. Plane flight was exceptional. Very sooth. Landed and was brought to our hotel and met Marianna. Same interaction. All 3 of our onsite contacts were great. They all set the tone. For what we be a truly unbelievable trip to the 3 cities. Kudos to all 3. Communication skills were second to none. Very happy. I have nothing but good things to say to all the great folks who work for Jayway. The communication during the planning portion was truly exceptional. Elana and her co workers were spot on. All the communication from them were clear and concise. Easy to understand. My wife and I are a big HIGH right now. We could not have asked for a better travel agency to help us plan our trip. My wife and I have used JayWay three times for international trips. Previous trips were to Eastern Europe. This year we used them for a trip to Greece for our 25th wedding anniversary in May. We were in Greece twenty-one years ago and wanted to explore more of it. Aside from Athens, which we had been to before, we went to Nafplio, Naxos, and Chania (in Crete). Initially, we provided our travel advisor Elena with a number of destinations we were interested in and stipulated that we didn't want to feel rushed in any of them. She helped us winnow down the destinations to what best fit our interests and preferred timeframe. She also provided good options for hotels and activities for us to select from, as well as transportation between destinations. In addition, she elicited our dietary preferences and restrictions. Elena was informed, attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the months long process. Our onsite travel contact Valentina was terrific in ensuring that everything went smoothly when we arrived in Greece and made helpful suggestions. Our drivers, particularly the long-distance drivers, were terrific and all were on time. Also, our private tour guides were friendly and informed. My wife and I have found all JayWay staff members to be friendly and attentive. So, it was not a total surprise that we found in our hotel rooms a bottle of wine and a written note from the hotel wishing us a happy anniversary. My wife and I highly recommend JayWay. The cost of their trips is reasonable, they offer packaged and customizable tours, and they offer great quality and reliability.
