This product made me gag…
This product made me gag uncontrollable. I threw it in the garbage after 5 mins. Good concept but not for me.

So far I love it
So far I love it. Just started using it and I think I can see a slight difference in my face. I'm going to ride this puppy until the wheels fall off! Yay me! Whoop, Whoop! I lost 125 pounds in 3 weeks, ( no that's not a typo), which left my skin on my face sagging. I was extremely sick and came very close to dying is why. When you're over 50 the skin doesn't just spring back. I looked 80 when in fact I'm only 57. I've tried every cream on the market practically. I'm praying this will help do the trick. I'm not expecting a miracle but unless my eyes are deceiving me I can see some change in my face. I'm glad I took a before picture to compare. Crossing my fingers and praying. Thank you! I can already tell a difference
I can tell a difference already after just a couple of days. Now after two weeks even others can see a difference in my jaw line and reduced bags under eyes.

Unfortunately my jaw was grinding and…
Unfortunately my jaw was grinding and sore after 2 uses. I realized this was not for me. I emailed the company and received a response within minutes. they were very accomodating and isssued a refund as soon as I cut the device in half and sent a photo. Excellent customer service. I wish it had worked for me. I must have an underlying jaw issue that I was unaware of.

Blown Away!
I must say that I'm not only pleased with the actual improvements to my jawline that I'm seeing after just four weeks of use, I'm totally blown away by the efficient, incredible customer service & consideration I rcvd in getting an issue resolved with my first order of the product. 5 times Ive called and never do I speak…
5 times Ive caledl and never do I speak to a live person ! Always leave a number and e-mail and Ive never received a e-mail or call back. Sent 3 emails and again no returned e-mail. Its a simple question and would take 2 minutes or less to answer !! Your company is new and you should have major concern for in two areas. A good product and customer service. I have your product, but I can not use it until I have a question answered !! So at this point I dont know if your product is any good! Customer service seems to be totally lacking. Hope this helps !
