Great exercise for your jaw and neck. Easy to use and can be done watching TV or or out in the yard. Highly recommended!

This product is great. I was a bit confused regarding the Pop and Go style when I watched the video and saw the bite strips. Including printed instructions for each model might be an idea. Cheers.

I only use the device for 2 1/2 minutes daily and after a month I can see a difference. I've moved to the second level and will continue to slowly progress. But, this has been a great experience!
