I am very surprised to read the negative reviews about the service. I do agree it was a bit confusing which color to use first (from the set of 4 I bought) as they came individually packed and not in the 4pc box. I also asked for a bit more direction if they suggested how to use it but they replied it was guaranteed for 60 days so not to worry. This item really did not work for me, I did not love how it felt but when I asked for a refund, I had their reply in under an hour. they told me just cut them in half, send a photo and I would get a complete refund. I did this and within another hour, saw my refund was processed. it could not have been any easier so the 3 stars are for how I was treated. I wish I liked the item more but I could not say a bad thing about how I was treated and they cheerfully (too fast in my opinion, I really wanted to try to use it) gave me my money back.

After a few days, made my jaw joint so sore, I felt constant pain in my ear and could hardly chew. Too bad, sounded great! Update: Although this product did not work for me, I received a prompt reply and full refund. This is a good product and a good company.

A useful addition to help with a 60 year old jawline. About 3 weeks in and can see changes that I like!

Excellent product! The custom fit is a fantastic way to work out muscles in your face and head that are otherwise very hard to get to. Highly recommended!

The most expensive small piece of rubber in the world.

MY INITIAL REVIEW: 2 Stars The product works ok but feels weird and smells like any China made plastic/rubber product. Their sales process is a rip off, trying to sell you the product twice making you think you upgrade to a different page but instead they sell you the same thing twice. When you ask immediately to cancel, they say it's already shipped and you can just not accept it as a return. But since shipping takes over 2 weeks that would mean it's barely back after 30 days. They are not helpful in their support. They just take the money and run. Also the product lacks explanation and instructions. They don't even properly explain which product has more LB resistance than another. I was seldomly so disappointed by a company's lack of empathy, customer service no F*cks given, and greedy upsell manipulations that make no sense for the customer! UPDATE: 4 Stars As stated in the reply by the company, they did honor the 60 day money back and refunded the entire amount. I would have been happy to just refund me the one unnecessary item I bought due to the misleading upsell. Nevertheless, I stand by that their upsell to buy a whole package in addition to a single unit (that is included in the package) makes no sense and causes frustration. An upgrade would make sense. Selling the entire package on top and charging for both makes no sense as you end up buying the item twice. Also the reply below makes me feel, they haven't fully understood my concern and frustration.
