Expensive and level 1 is too soft. You are forced to move into level 2 very soon, and it is not an affordable item.

I bought the beginner model “kit,” but it didn’t include the bite strip. I sent two emails asking if it was a mistake. No response. Tried calling. Just rings and then cuts off. HORRIBLE customer service. And THEN, they send me a link to give a review. Clueless people.

I would love to give this product more stars as I really like it but after two days it had split at the top. I would normally return it but the air fare cost nearly as much as the item itself. It still works but the hygiene issue and longevity is now in question! I have used it for a few weeks and have got more muscle tone in my face and it helps relieve stress, I've noticed.

I'not satisfied, when I'm using it my mucus continuously pouring out from my mouth, on the side of the equipment. I also feel nausea from it, so I always have to stop, take it out, not to vomit. Unpleasant to use!

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from !!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered two, received only one. Tried for weeks to resolve the issue with customer service. What a waste of time - worst customer service I have ever experienced !!!!!!!!! They do not seem to understand basic English and we kept going in circles. Still waiting for the missing item!!!!!
