No instructions in the package II
No instructions in the package! What are we supposed to be doing! Guess?? Great product, sucky follow up! So I got an email to tell me to watch YouTube videos to learn how to use the damn thing! Not what I asked for. Instructions for use would be the next thing I hope I get!

When I first started using the product…
When I first started using the product - had it for 3 weeks - it seemed pretty good. Now, after 3 weeks of use, it just broke! :-(
Response from JawzrsizeJan 1, 2021
We are so sorry to hear that the product broke! Someone from our team has contacted you to make this right! Thank you for your patience!

Not firm enough for a strong jaw.
I think this is a fantastic idea it but the first basic size doesn’t take much effort unless your jaw is really weak. There are way too many emails that start coming too. Right away you start getting emails about upgrading because there are different levels of firmness. I wish I would have saved my money by skipping the starter piece and going straight to the strongest one.
