So far so good, im only on my second day. From the first work out i got, jawzrsize made my jaw crack. It relieved tension that has been lingering there for a while now. I have hopes for it to work in many more areas of the face and even vocal improvemnet. Kudos

Haven’t committed to the 30 day challenge like I’ve wanted to but so far after a week of doing about 360 bites on the intermediate level, I feel a difference! I will be back to give the final result once I commit as I’m in the military and there’s a lot of moving parts at the moment. Thank you!
