Working great so far......

I really enjoyed the product and it's overall design, my only concern is the texture in the grooves of the bite area that affect the lining of the gums. Either over a period of time, or depending on the intensity of the bite, the rubber causes gum irritation and mild bleeding. But besides the minor effects I still really enjoy the product. Excellent concept!

Its been three weeks and I still haven’t got the devices.

i was not able to use your product due to a health issue in my jaw. I have followed instructions on getting a money back refund per your refund policy and i dont believe i have heard a word back at least no reply email

I ordered a 3 pack without knowing what 25, 40 or 50 what...? We all know what a 10 or 25 pound dumbell is, but no point of reference to jawbite. The 3 pack I ordered appears to have 2 the same weight/ tension. How was I supposed to know the difference. I've never seen a product like yours. People might understand your product with more info.

I really like this facial exercise tool. Very easy to use and convenient. Honestly haven't been using it super consistently but I do see tiny changesfor how much I've been using it. I also have TMJ and was concerned that it would aggravate that, but it has not which is a big plus.

Still deciding. Seems great.
