Great customer service! ****I HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT YET*** I had an issue with an order and had to get in contact with the team about altering and adding pieces to my order. They were able to get it fixed right away and get everything in order in just a few min. Only detriment to the team is that the instant messaging component to the website has a few bugs and deleted my conversation like 3-4 times. Called the help number and everything after that was perfect.
