It didn't work out for me because of a strong gag reflex. The company was very nice about promptly refunding my money.

I’m sorry to hear this. Your body isn’t used to having a device in your mouth like that. If you email me directly at [email protected] I can set you up with one of our smaller mini ones or give you a full refund. Happy holidays!

Got to admit. I was a little skeptical at first. Turned 70 a couple of months ago and now my granddaughters are saying I've turned back the clock about 15 years. It's almost time to move up to a new 40 lb unit. Thanks mucho!

The custom jawzrsize , the most expensive slip on your teeth and when your teeth go into the grove where the clear plastic is it gouges your gums. There are no information about witch one to use first , second, third fourth, and so on.

The quality was not what I expected. After two months of using it and seeing results the thing just snapped in half one day. However a few hours after posting the original review they actually reached out to me and offered to send me a new one and an additional unit which I think is really awesome of them to do! I’m pleasantly surprised and grateful they’re going to great lengths to take care of me.

The product didn't last very long. I used it for almost 2 weeks until it ripped apart. When the company found out what happened they sent me 2 new products and refunded my money. Great customer service! The new product they sent is working great!
