I can't seem to fit the smallest size in my mouth so I have been unable to use the product so far. I did try to reach the company (no phone number listed) because the directions say to boil the product but they are very vague. I received a reply stating that I don't need to boil the product but I can't get it into my mouth at all, so I'm wondering if that advice is accurate. Would be great to speak to someone live so I could actually use the product if possible.
Response from JawzrsizeDec 28, 2020
Hello Debra! Yes, it is recommended that you boil the product for 6-8 seconds without allowing the product to touch the bottom of the pan. After you do that, pull the product out & let it cool for a few seconds & then try to put it in your mouth. When you do this you are allowing the product to mold to your bite. Hopefully this helps! If you have anymore questions please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

I am happy with my jawzrsize because it’s really easy to use; in my case I use it while I exercise at my orbitrek at home, for one hour. The second take is late evening while emailing - it’s easy!!! It s been only a week so it’s too early to see the improvement but I started to feel the face muscles that I had no idea I have! It s a good feeling and I keep going ( right now, actually) whether I see the improvements or not. The fact that I feel the face muscles is already a big deal to me. Thank you!!!!

Hi Jawzrsize team, I want to thank you for the kind reaction you had after I have sent a feedback not totally satisfied about my last order. Your answer was very kind and helpful. Thanks a lot again. Keep cool and most of all keep kind, it is the most attractive of all qualities. Bye
