I’ve had jawzercise for a couple weeks, I got it due to a popping in my jaw that I believe is caused by weak face/jaw muscles (self diagnosis). I’ve done burn out sets a couple times a day since receiving and the popping is gone. On a separate note, my speech and singing have improved. I bought during BOGO deal, so I have a beginner And advanced. I’ve only used the beginner so far but look forward to form fitting the advanced soon.
