Aloha Sharif, Custom boil and bite strips can last weeks or months and can be reboiled to mold as well. They are considered wear items so it all depends on how much wear you put on them! Great question...Mahalo

The way the rubber is formed is not aligned with my teeth and it hurts my front teeth and it's just really hard to use overall honestly
