This company was amazing - I placed and received an order and was concerned about sizing etc & sent an email to their support team, within half an hour I was replied back to and gave information and they offered to resend a new product which was processed within minutes. Very great company - would highly recommend!

I just ordered Jawzrsize for the first time. Even though it is too early for me to rate the product, I have to leave a review on their customer service because it was exceptional. There response to my questions were within an hour or less. Their customer service is beyond excellent. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with any company when I had a question. Most companies won’t respond to you for days and sometimes even weeks. Not so with Jawzrsize. To me your customer service is an indication of how much you care about your product and the people who buy it. Thank you so much for making customer service such a high priority for your company.

So The package came in pretty fast! 3 days! However... the pieces came in so dirty like if it fell in the dirt outside, very disturbing. I have never gotten a packaged so dirty. The pieces that you place in your mouth were so filthy, I’m in shock.

originally received my package empty, which was very very annoying, of course. i emailed them back, and within the hour the owner replied and instantly resent the item and gave a full refund. haven’t tried it yet but i’m sure it’ll be good and very impressed with the staff.
