Pop and Go for beginners
I received my order for a Jawzrsize Pop and Go (beginners' level) fairly promptly, considering the wholesale disruption the postal service is experiencing. I have been chewing away quite a lot and find it fun to do rather than a chore. My partner is not so keen to see me with a pink thing stuck in my mouth, but I am enjoying it. It feels good to exercise my jaws. I often do it while watching a film or when driving. I'm not sticking to sets of reps very much but just prefer to chew away until I get tired of doing it or my jaw gets tired. You have to keep your head up while chewing as otherwise you do dribble. I am hoping it will tone up my neck and cheeks. Comes with a nice storage box. I would have liked the 'catch' on the neck-string to be a little stronger as I find it pops out quite easily, though most of the time I don't wear it anyway, so it's not a big deal.
