Only real disappointment was that the cord and chain that your wear it on isn't good for very active people because it'll break or come apart quite easily. Very nice chew toy for people who need something in their mouth lol.

I just started using the popngo blue beginner one, so don't know if it will work or not. I do feel muscles moving some... so maybe. But, your website needs work. Your packaging needs work. The instruction card does not indicate which one I got. There was no shipping slip telling me what I got... so I had to email you to figure it out. The necklace is too small for my skinny neck so probably made in China for small people. Finally... your website is sparse. I'd like to see more videos on using it. I know it's simple, but it's unfamiliar to myself and some others so we need to know exactly how to use it. There is minimal 2 mt videos which aren't very imformative. The included card is not sufficient. I'd give you three stars if I could because of what I've said above, but I'm willing to give this a try and decide for myself how effective it is, so I'll give your company the benefit of the doubt until I see valid results or minimal to no results after a reasonable time of probably 2 mos. If it works I'll sing your praises... but if not... I won't.

Once I started to use it, I felt that is was dangerous to use. Pressing with your teeth or using them with the jawzrsize didn't make me feel I could trust it. I wonder what consequences this can produce in the long run. This might affect the bite of your mouth or any part of it. The pressure can really produce an injury because this is not the way we chew or use our teeth. I don't know, I felt it was not as "innocent" as it looked.
