Works great and feels great!!!

This is a review of their customer service. Placed an order 12 days ago and I emailed them repeatedly no response. They're fast at taking your money though.

Ordered the product over 3 weeks ago now. Received nothing and after multiple attempts at contact have received zero response. Not happy!

Aloha I would love to give a review I , being an older woman almost seventy I was excited about the fact that there's something to help us remove our second chin . I think you just get a second chin with age not that I have a lot of weight to lose with all can lose 10 lb here, right. I'm just a tad bit excited about anything to make the Jaws line feel better and shape up. Which makes the whole package look and feel better. I'm all for this Jazzercise so far. I'm doing the practice but not the suggested time being of my age. The company suggests a half an hour but I cannot do that I'm very conscientious of my jaw and how it feels so I do 5 to 10 minutes a day and I'm building up over time I'm up to 15 minutes now and I look much better I think already. Okay

The devise needs to be reconfigured to clearly and secularly define the top and the bottom. Ofentimrs the ridges slip and applying pressure they slip out. There is no chart assisting a new user how many repitions to do or what goals to work towards.

Excellent, sturdy product that works although takes a bit of time. Well worth it! Customer Service is very responsive and helpful too.
