No good quality and never anvers

I ordered two weeks ago still haven't gone bad customer service

I was really impressed with the level of customer service. I had issues with the shipping and as a result the owner dealt directly with me and made sure I got my item, in fact it came for free as the refunded me for all the issues. The product is awesome. I use it everyday after brushing the teeth. Being that I specialise in contact sports it’s best to have a strong a jaw as possible and not the easiest thing to train so this great with a combination of neck exercises that I sometimes combine with it.

I live abroad and ordered a Jawzrcise beginner set and immediately got a confirmation email and guide on what to do before receiving the product. I kept checking the tracking info to see if the order had shipped, knowing international shipments take longer, but I never received it. Three weeks later I emailed asking if there was an update. Two days after that email.. I got a vague response saying it was “lost in transit.” Oh and that they were sending another one out expeditiously. The tone of the email didn’t seem really sincere as I was told to “keep in mind the corona crisis has delayed shipments.” I totally understand that aspect and appreciated it was irregular circumstances. Then another week went by and I STILL did not receive ANY correspondence. I felt like I was the only one following up and in the end.. got tired of consistently asking for an update. All I did was chase them and it didn’t seem fair to immediately take someone’s money.. and then just kind of leave you in limbo. So if you are abroad, I recommend NOT ordering this product. I found a similar one on Amazon and received it within two days. I’m sure their product works, but the tracking and shipping was a huge let down. I am currently waiting for a refund :/

I ordered through Facebook & was extremely excited when I received it. Due to the COVID deal, it did take a few weeks as is everything else. But MAN, let me tell you. It is amazing. I can tell how much of a difference it's going to make in a short time. Can't wait to see the transformation!

Easy and quick to do. I noticed results in about 2 weeks!

So far I’ve only use this a week and noticed a difference in my jawline. But what I am most happy with is I am able to do different exercises for my facial muscles around my mouth which are reducing the tiny lines on my top lip (which reveal my true age and smoking past) I’ve also noticed extra fullness in my lips! Yahoo!
